It is not possible to add/code elements within the MWR/MW editor.
However, if you are using engine based editors, you can add elements and code them. If you want to use an engine based editor, you can find Lyh's Rainbow Engine or Dunami's Engine under the Official Engines board of the category Opensource MF Engines. Also under the engines category is the Rainbow Engine Mod made by TheMachinumps. The usage of engines will require the software Multimedia Fusion 2 (MMF2) or Clickteam Fusion 2.5 (CTF2.5).

It is better to use RE-Mod by TheMachinumps. You can check out on his own topic in this forum. Have a nice day !
Always making myself special, coz that's me, JoséLPK.CF&MF! MF worlds & projects I'm currently working on: - MF: World of Colors - Mario Forever: Inversive Worlds (including my contest world: world 1/8) - Mario Forever: Vietnamese Letter Worlds Series - Mario Forever: non-Vietnamese Letter Worlds Series - Mario Forever All-Stars 2: A Nightmare Before Christmas (collab. project with some other MFF staffs)
MWR should have plenty of objects for you to use. Having good level design doesn't mean having a lot of custom objects - you can create a very good level without having custom objects. Although having new objects does make the level more interesting (if they are used properly), it isn't strictly necessary to make good levels. It is unfortunate that we are unable to adapt the MF engine to not use any extensions.
